You career and life are not as invariable as granite, but changeable. So you should accept that change is necessary, and then consider new foreground and other course of life with active thought.
Potential of human is limitless. We could accept new opinion and growing changes, so as to be mature in the aspect of ability and wisdom. But most of people are limited from exerting the potential. Information and knowledge, which can be absorbed by human beings, is infinite in one's whole life.

‐The Sixth Step/Learning how to relax
Once you may be tired even doze off when you working. It sometimes is not due to your fatigue, but fidget. At that time, you should know that you are unwittingly holding up yourself and making yourself a failure. So you'd better not catnap but just stop for a while, even then do something else instead. After such short relax, you can back to the work energetically. If you fell tired again, do this again.
Don't be controlled by your fidget emotion, but make the fidget emotion under control
