by using the goal.

"Sense" means some literal things such
as rules and regulations, managing methods and etc. These
are basic assessment. But it can't adequately bring all the
people into play if just depending on these rules. If we are
good at moving people by our emotion and inspiriting them by
reason, the effect is quite different.
The second skill of the director: Moving him by
