Individual mental languages-Communicate people
It is not enough merely to unite and inspirit
people. We should communicate people by using individual mental
languages to know every colleague deeply. It is a massive project,
as wall as a job what we have to do.
We must use different communicating manner to
different people. Some people are visualizers who like literal
things; some people are audiles who like listening; some people
are tactual ones who like judging by feeling. For example, no
matter what you say to him, even if you tap on his shoulder,
he will fell your care to him.

"Fishbowl Rule"-Associate to the group
Fishbowl is made of glass, it is quite transparent.
The interior circumstance is as clear as day when you observe
it from different angles. The director is a supervisor in
the group, but he is also supervised by other members of the
staff. "Fishbowl Rule" can effectively prevent the
director from misusing of authority and reinforcing the self
- regulating mechanism. It also help the director win the
superior's and the subordinates' trust. Just this "trust"
held all the members of the group together.
Sense- and -sensibility management is actual
a management pattern that X management and Y management cooperate
with. The organization will raise the operating efficiency
under affinity environment.
