The

The organization system is in general fragile, and built on
the basis of mutual understanding, compromise and tolerance,
so it is open to corrosion, in fluency.

art which cost a skillful craftsman many days to manufacture.
Even if there are many skillful craftsmen, it cannot be guaranteed
that more masterpieces can be produced.

organization, you should remove it instantly; if you can not
remove him, just tie him up.
3) Water Barrel Theory

facing any organization that the performance of an organization
is determined by each components of it. The capability and performance
of the components are generally different and the worst part
always determine to the performance of the all organization.

is difference from "Wine and Waste Water Theory" in
that the latter is concerned about the destructive force in
an organization, but the "shortest board" is a useful
part in the organization while its capability is not as good
as others and you can not throw it away like rotten apple. The
strength and weakness is relative and can not be eliminated.
It is the key that to what extent you can tolerate this weakness.
If it is serious enough to impede the work progress, you have
to take immediate actions. |
