Ten Absolute Necessary Principles of Corporation
management
|
7) Watch Theory
When a person has one watch,
he knows the time, but if he has two, he dose not sure. A more
exact time cannot be obtained from two watches, instead, it
make the person who depend them for time lose confidence.
Watch Theory enlighten us
directly in respect to company management that two different
management methods can not be applied to a person or an organization
and two different goals can not be set simultaneously. Even
a person cannot be commanded by two leaders; otherwise, the
company or this person will be misled.
Another meaning implied in watch theory is that
everybody cannot select simultaneously two different value viewpoint
otherwise your action will be in chaos.
8) The Unworthy Theory
It is directly expressed
in the unworthy theory that the unworthy task is not worthy
of be well done. This theory is so simple that its importance
can always be ignored. The unworthy theory reflects the mentality
of the people. If a person does the work he think it is unworthy
to do, he often take a careless attitude toward the work. The
success possibility is very low; even if he succeeds, he does
not have the sense of achievement.
Therefore, individual should
select one target and value viewpoint from those available to
him and then strive to work hard for it. "Select what you
love and love what you select," in this way, can our potential
be stimulated and we be satisfied. For a company or an organization,
the personality of their staff should be analyzed and the staff
should be reasonably assigned work. An ambitious employee can
independently be arranged or lead a team to complete a work
of risk and difficulty and when the work is finished, timely
confirmation or praise should be conferred on him. The dependent
employees can be arranged to participate in a team-work. The
staff with high right desire can hold the position as department
head. Meanwhile, the work to self-identify the enterprise target
of the employee should be strengthened, the employee should
be made to fell that their work is worthwhile in order to stimulate
their enthusiasm. |
