Ten Absolute Necessary Principles

In
20th century£¬human came through two World Wars, rapid economic
development, advancement of science and technology, globalization,
increasing serious environment pollution and etc. The conception
of "Zero-sum Game" is gradually replaced with that
of "Win-win Game". People come to realize that "Benefit
to himself" is not necessarily based on "harm to others"
Win-win phenomenon may result by effective cooperation.
Yet, sincere inspirit and
courage is necessary of both aspects in the cooperation. During
collaboration, each party should not play juggle, seize on the
petty gain of others, and observe strictly the game rule; otherwise,
the "Win-win" can not be obtained. In the end, it
is themselves who suffer the greatest damage.
6) Washington Cooperation Theory
It is described in Washington
Cooperation Theory that one person is careless about work; two
persons shuffle with the work; and tree persons cannot be successful.
It is similar to the Chinese story of "three monks".
The cooperation between
people is not the simple addition of the labor forces, but more
complex and delicate. For the cooperation between people, the
ability of one person is assumed to be 1. Sometimes the cooperation
between 10 people is greater than 10, but sometimes even less
than 1. Because human is like the energy with different direction
instead of stationary animal, they can get twice the result
with half the effort when they do contribution to each other,
but they can achieve nothing when conflicting with each other.
Less study had been done
on cooperation in our traditional management theory. The direct
reflection is that incurrent management regulation and companies
are more devoted to the reduction of meaningless consumption
of human recourses, instead of enhancing the efficiency using
the function of organization. In other words, the ultimate goal
of the management is not to make each staff to perform best,
but to avoid internal confliction. |
